TWO WAYS TO LOOK AT THIS. ONE. IT WAS STUPID AND BEAT MYSELF UP. (OK, DID THAT A LITTLE BIT. DIDN'T HELP) B. (I KNOW THAT SHOULD BE A 2) THINK ABOUT IT LIKE THIS. IT IS REALLY GOOD THAT I WAS UNABLE TO FLY OUT TO ADYGEA. WHAT WOULD I HAVE DONE THERE? IT IS REALLY THIRD WORLD, AND THEY PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SHOT ME ON THE SPOT. I THINK SOME DAY WHEN WE SEE THINGS GOD'S WAY, WE'LL GET A HUGE PERSPECTIVE ON HIS SOVEREIGNTY AND WE'LL UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY THINGS HAPPENED. UNTIL THEN, WE TRUST. (AND TRY TO BETTER A JOB IN THE STUPID REALM)
SO MY DAY WILL START IN TALLINN. THEN WE WILL SEE. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.
I HOPE YOU ARE PRAYING WITH ME FOR THE PEOPLE IN HAITI. KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD MISSIONARY FAMILIES THERE. I AM SEARCHING MISSION SITES TO FIND WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THEM.
AND I'M PRAYING FOR YOU. GOTTA RUN.
LOVE YA'LL. YA'LL LOVE EACH OTHER.
Or, try to get your passport fixed before you go anywhere with it. :D This sounds like one of those trips.
ReplyDeleteJust borrow someone else's passport for a while. There has to someone around there who looks a little like you. Reminds me of a trip I made back in '85 when I was working for the agency. I was traveling with Commander Chuck and we got things done. That's why he's in the Pentagon now.
ReplyDeleteKudos on deciding not to get shot.
ReplyDeleteSmall groups was great. I really like the new series on the heart. It's called "It came from within". I thought it was going to be a difficult topic to talk about. Because it's such a personal subject and just admitting that you're heart is wicked when you try so hard to filter it.
I learned alot.
It takes a series like that to illuminate the problems I have that I don't even think about.
Addyson was a great host.
